I was employed for 30 years as an accountant with the federal government. My accounting experience was obtained while employed as an Operating Accountant for HUD in the Federal Housing Administration, Multi-Family Defaulted Mortgages and as an Operating Accountant and Systems Accountant with Government National Mortgage Association (GNMA) and later with the Bureau of Public Debt as a Staff Accountant and Project Manager. I gained additional experience in taxation and auditing while employed with the Internal Revenue Service. I am a former IRS Revenue Agent, retired, with 17 years of experience with the IRS Examination Division, Compliance. I work out of my home office. I am an Enrolled Agent (EA) federally authorized and empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service for audits, collections and appeals. I am licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service in all 50 states and territories. Unlike CPAs and attorneys who are licensed by the state, I am authorized by the U S federal government to represent taxpayers on all administrative tax matters before the IRS in all 50 states and U.S. territories.

During my employment with the IRS, I spent several years auditing the tax returns of individuals and businesses involved as investors in abusive tax schemes. As such, I can help you detect and avoid abusive tax schemes. I am a Notary Public and can provide you with Notary Public services.
