Biography
I am among the most experienced and talented in the field of taxation. I specialize in tax resolution and tax settlements. Resolving tax problems is my specialty. I am an expert in IRS procedure and protocol. No tax matter is too small or too large for me to handle. I welcome challenge and complexity. I am eager to resolve your tax problems in your best interest. It would be my pleasure to put my extensive experience, knowledge and education to work for you in negotiating with the IRS. I have 30+ years of accounting experience and 17 years as an IRS Revenue Agent.
Accounting Experience
I am a degreed accountant with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the American University, Washington, D. C.
My primary field of study was in Accounting. I was employed for 30 years by the federal government. My accounting experience began at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Federal Housing Administration, Multifamily Defaulted Mortgages. From FHA, I continued my accounting career as a Staff Accountant and Systems Accountant in the Comptroller's Office of the Government National Mortgage Association (GNMA).
Thereafter, I went to work for the Bureau of the Public Debt, Securities Division, Director's Office as a Staff Accountant and later as a Systems Accountant and Project Manager. I completed my accounting career as an IRS Revenue Agent with the Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, Examination Division. I was responsible for auditing hundreds of individual, business, fiduciary and employment tax returns as well as non-filers, abusive trust schemes, abusive tax schemes and fraud. I routinely rendered decisions on whether or not to accept an Offer In Compromise to settle a tax debt or to grant Innocent Spouse Relief.
Enrolled Agent
I am retired from the federal government after 17 years as an Internal Revenue Agent with the IRS. After retirement, I became an Enrolled Agent authorized by the U. S. government to represent taxpayers before the IRS on all administrative tax matters in all 50 states and U. S. territories. Unlike attorneys and CPAs who are licensed by the state and may or may not specialize in taxation, I specialize in taxation and am an expert in IRS procedure and protocol.

I am the owner and Chief Financial Officer of Harrison Tax, Accounting and Financial Services, Inc. My corporation is registered and in good standing with the Arizona Corporation Commission.
